🕒 How long are your tours?
Our tours range from half-day (3–5 hours) to full-day (8–12 hours), depending on the package. Each listing includes estimated durations so you can plan ahead.
📍 Where do your tours depart from?
Most tours include roundtrip transportation from popular areas like Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, and Falmouth. If you’re staying outside these zones, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate or arrange a custom pickup.
👥 Are your tours private or group-based?
We offer both options. Some packages are group-based for a shared experience, while others like our Luxury Escape are fully private. Custom private tours are also available on request.
💳 How do I book a tour?
You can book right here on our website using our secure booking form. Just choose your date, number of guests, and any add-ons — then you’re good to go! Need help? Reach out via WhatsApp or our contact page.
💰 Do I need to pay in full when booking?
Yes — full payment confirms your reservation and helps us secure tickets, drivers, and meals in advance. If you need a payment plan or have special arrangements, contact us directly.
🧾 What’s included in the price?
Each tour lists exactly what’s included — like entry fees, meals, transport, and guide services. No hidden fees, ever. Tips and personal expenses are optional and not included.
🚫 What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour are eligible for a full refund. Within 48 hours, we offer partial credit or rescheduling depending on the situation. No-shows are non-refundable.

🌧️ What if it rains?
Our tours run rain or shine, and Jamaica’s showers often pass quickly. If severe weather makes it unsafe, we’ll contact you to reschedule or refund.
🌍 Do you cater to international travelers?
Absolutely! We welcome guests from all over the world and offer clear communication, flexible scheduling, and warm Jamaican hospitality in every language (okay, mostly English… but with a lot of smiles).
🧒 Can kids join the tours?
Yes! Many of our experiences are family-friendly. We’ll let you know which tours are best suited for children, and we offer car seats or boosters upon request.
